The technical requirement is lower than photography, oddly. A video camera rolling through the effect will catch it regardless of whether the operator knew it was coming, because they are recording continuously rather than choosing a moment. What they do need to know is where to stand, because the wrong angle puts the fountain between the lens and the couple.
